Designing the full product surface: React Native mobile app, Unity 3D client, Supabase + Go backend. Shipping production code on mobile and Deno edge functions; contributing scripts to the Unity client. Set the design language and engineering conventions.
- Head of DesignCredCore20222024Led design at an AI fintech analyzing debt and credit documents. Grew the team 2 → 6 as the company scaled 8 → 50 (Series A). Owned a platform redesign, prototyped flows in React, built the Figma + Storybook design system, and led a rebrand. Reported to the founder as the design–product–engineering interface.
- Lead UX DeveloperField Inc, Berlin20202022Pharmaceutical supply-chain platform serving 100+ healthcare providers in Nigeria and Kenya. Joined writing React and D3, then took over design of workflows and data visualizations for drivers, warehouse staff, and pharmacists; eventually owned the Figma design system. Shipped a forecasting dashboard for pre-ordering vaccines and antimalarials ahead of seasonal outbreaks. The mobile app was built for low-connectivity rural environments.
- Interaction DesignerMetadrop, Spain20172019Designed and prototyped for clients including UNICEF, Save the Children, and Telefonica. Built embeddable visualizations and custom GUIs in Drupal. Shipped Dr. Robert, an early chatbot replacing complex pharmaceutical-database UIs. Doctors could look up disease-medicine links, generics, and active ingredients via chat.
- R&D Engineer & Mobile Maker Space DirectorBQ, Spain20152017Founded and directed CIRCOLAB, a BQ-funded mobile maker-space initiative: led a team of six on a nationwide Spain tour, running 40+ workshops with original curriculum and reaching 2000+ participants. As a member of the robotics lab, also helped prototype Bluetooth firmware and the block-based programming app for Zowi, BQ's flagship educational robot.
- Software and Hardware PrototypingJoined the MakeWithMoto tour as an on-site prototyper, a mobile maker space visiting top US universities (MIT, Berkeley, CalTech, Carnegie Mellon, Texas A&M, among others) and industry partners. The program was Motorola ATAP's design research for what would become Project Ara, the modular smartphone; we ran hands-on prototyping workshops to validate modular-hardware concepts.
- STEAM Education Designer / ResearcherCo-designed and co-taught a year-long STEAM curriculum for two cohorts of vocational students (~30 total, ages 13–17), funded by the Mondriaan Fund. Coursework spanned Processing, interaction design, mixed reality, game design, and video creation. Cohorts built a location-based mixed-reality game played through audio while walking the streets.
